User agree that all claims you may have arising from or relating to these TOU or user’s access to or use of the website will be heard and resolved exclusively in the applicable courts of the Jaipur, only. User hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts over you/user/visitor, and waives and agrees not to assert any objection to proceedings in such courts (including lack of proper jurisdiction or venue or inconvenience of forum).

In case of online purchase, the report will be delivered to you online/by email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. In case of print copy order, the report will be sent through courier the within 3 working days from the date of the receipt of payment.
